Scheduling Sessions
Sessions can be scheduled by calling the studio at 512.554.8771 or by FREE Consultation Request. Guy Monroe is looking forward to speaking to you. If Guy is in session, let him know the best time to call.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Paypal and if overseas we also accept iKobo. Guy can train you in person or over computer phone via Skype.

Training Schedules (based upon need)
Weekly : One reserved voice lesson at the same time and day once a week.
Bi-Weekly : Two reserved voice lessons, twice a week.
Tri-Weekly : Three reserved voice lessons, three times a week
Bi-Monthly : Two sessions per month.
Phone Sessions : Private instruction over the telephone.
Payments
Due at each session unless special arrangements are made.
Returned Checks
Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 service fee. After the second returned check, future sessions will require prepayment.
Attendance
Please BE ON TIME for your session. Guy schedules on the hour. If you are late, you may lose that portion of your appointment.
Breaking an Appointment
If an emergency occours or cannot keep a scheduled appointment, Guy requires 24 hours notice by phone (not email) if you choose to cancel or reschedule a session. Unfortunately, less than than 24 hours notice requires full payment unless a personal emergency.
Please on time. We schedule clients on the hour. When late, time is lost. We will sell you extra time if available.
